Farmers in the Felton Valley near Toowoomba, Queensland, have hosted Felton Food Festival since 2012 to showcase the district’s agriculture and help consumers connect to where food comes from.
The festival experienced rapid growth from 500 visitors to 4,000 in its first three years, so the committee sought help to manage its growth.
Tilma Group worked with the festival committee for three years to
