Tilma Group has been involved with many successful award submissions,
providing mentoring, feedback, insight and mock judging.


Two Tilma Group clients won in their categories at the 2018 NSW Tourism Awards, a significant achievement for small regional operators at a state level. Heifer Station Wines won silver in the Tourism Wineries, Distilleries and Breweries category in their first award submission, and longtime client, Food I Am, won silver in the Excellence in Food Tourism category, a step up from their previous bronze award.


Businesses benefit from an award submission process with an in-depth examination of business planning, innovation and marketing. Tilma Group can teach a destination’s tourism businesses and events the process of writing successful award submissions, face-to-face at a workshop or via webinar.

We are currently working for QTIC to provide mentoring and webinars for tourism award submissions. 


This involves you writing the first draft of your award submission and sending it to us for a thorough review and analysis.

We will provide written feedback and suggestions on how the submission can be improved based on our years of experience working as mock judges for Queensland Tourism Industry Council and NSW Business Chamber who run the NSW Tourism Awards.

You are then responsible for fine-tuning your submission so we can review it a final time prior to submission.

At times we may recommend that we assist in writing some answers. If so, this has an extra cost.

Fee: $1500 + GST
