Event Season – It’s a Wrap!

March and April were two hugely hectic months for Team Tilma, as we worked around the clock to help deliver some incredible community events including Junee Rhythm n Rail Festival, Griffith La Festa and Felton Food Festival.

Junee Rhythm n Rail Festival – 6-8 March, 2015

The 5th annual Junee Rhythm n Rail Festival was held on the weekend of March 8-8, with over 3,000 people from throughout the region and both inter and intrastate enjoying the festivities. The 3-day festival included an Official Opening Event, a great range of events and performances held in many of the town's historic building and sites, and activities for families, children, train buffs, the community and their visiting friends and relatives to enjoy. Read more here.

Griffith La Festa – 4 April, 2015

La Festa returned to Memorial Park on Saturday 4th April, pleasing punters and retailers alike. The event featured Joe Camilleri and the Black Sorrows on the main stage in the afternoon. A crowd gathered at 4.30pm to see the music legend, with even goers singing along and dancing. There were also food and wine stalls throughout the site. Read more here.

Felton Food Festival – 12 April, 2015

Well it happened again!  The 2015 ‘Felton Food Festival’ was a ‘knock-out’! This year’s Festival had a lot to offer and was enjoyed by nearly 8,000 visitors throughout the day. Not only were people able to stock up on fresh locally grown produce and the different tasty foodstuffs available, they were able to relax under the gum trees in perfect weather and enjoy the numerous lunch choices on offer. Read more here.
